A large airline, with close to 100,000 workers across full-time staff, contractors, and supply chain personnel, needed to ensure safe, secure operations for millions of travelers while meeting strict DHS and TSA requirements. The internal security team was responsible for managing insider-threat risk across a highly distributed workforce, but the existing approaches made it difficult to continuously see and categorize new risk events in a timely, structured way.
Trua worked closely with the airline to obtain appropriate consent by working with employees, customers, and their unions. This buy-in resulted in having a robust continuous screening, while it addressed state-level data gaps. Trua helped configure the risk monitoring based on the customer’s internal organization structure.
